* Added support for MIDI CC input - control your MKS7 from a keyboard or midi controller
* CC data is saved when exiting CC mode and retrieved at startup of application
* Fixed a bug which limited MIDI output to the first port listed.
* Fixed a bug that allowed only 8 midiports to be listed.
Instructions:
- By default you are in "Normal Mode" with red texted TextControls. You can enter values in the TextControl boxes or drag a slider. If you receive MIDI CC messages which match the CC Numbers assigned in "CC Edit Mode" the appropriate slider and TextControl will be updated and the appropriate MIDI out message will be sent to the MKS7.
- To enter "CC Edit Mode" click on the green "E" button in the section you want to edit. The text color of the TextContol box will turn green in that section. You can enter CC Numbers manually by entering text in the appropriate TextControl box or by dragging a slider. You may also select a TextControl box and then turn the knob or slider of your MIDI controller, to easily get the appopriate CC number from your hardware.
Next I will work on importing and exporting Juno106 sysEx patches and banks and recreating the MKS7 presets. Then it's on to the librarian functions.

*Initial realease
* Can tweak any parameter of the MKS7
* Can be used with Juno106 (not much control over noise, chorusing, or HPF) however
Coming Soon: Midi Input to control sliders via Midi Controllers will be in next release; then it's on to the fun stuff (editor/librarian functions, realtime Midi tweeker tools).
