Version 0.961:
-Includes two cpu-optimized binaries: one is pentiumpro and the other pentium
-Set audio buffer size and number of fragments to be more unix-compatible.
-Fixed redundant -blah(fs) in argument values (now uses only one option for both where appropriate).
-Removed network code (still being rewritten)
-Cleaned up the commandline options (more readable and more sane)
-Default to 16-bit sdl surface for window, and screendepth for fullscreen
-Default to 640x480 for fullscreen
-Default to scale width and height by a factor of 2
-Include text version of man file
-Probably other things I don't remember just now...
