Version 0.5
 License:   Freeware
 Updated:   April 18, 2004

  • SQLite v2.8.11 is included in the download file.
  • Ability to copy rows. They can be pasted into another application (eg, Gobe, text file, etc), but pasting data into a table isn't implemented yet.
  • Icons in the bottom left corner of the Data view for next/previous row, first/last row, and new row.
  • Also in the bottom left corner is a current row number textbox. Typing a different row number and pressing Enter will go to that row.
  • In Design view, the "Allow Null" property has been renamed to "Required".
  • Copy/Paste tables.
  • Improved performance on relatively large tables (performance is decent on tables around 10,000 rows).
  • Delete key corresponds to deleting a table or row.
  • Home/End/Page Up/Page Down keys work in Data view when a row is highlighted.
  • Tools -> Compact (runs the SQLite VACUUM command).
  • Edit -> Select All in Data view.
  • File -> Open Recent submenu.
  • Lots of misc. bug fixes.
  • Tested on Zeta and R5.
  • "Copy-Over" functionality. After clicking in a cell in Data View, hold Control and press one of the arrow keys. Text will be inserted from an adjacent cell in the direction of the arrow. For example, pressing Control-right arrow will insert the text from the cell immediately to the left (ie, text flows to the right). This works in all four directions. It grew out of trying to implement the Control-single quote shortcut in Access, which inserts the text from the cell directly above the current one. Let me know if you find this feature useful or not.
