-perl (5.6.1 tested and known to work, can be found on beshare -- other versions may not work)

Initial rough port of latex2html and required netpbm library.
You need teTeX, ghostscript and perl.
I have just zipped up the appropriate files from a compile I did a while ago (of which I haven't been able to reproduce yet ;) ) and made an install script.
If it works for you, please let me know.
