Fixed the problems mentioned in the comments: The initial window is in a better location. The mouse coordinates should also be fixed. Included a help screen with 'h'. The user now manually refreshes the background image with 'r'. Thanks for the comments :)

Use 'm' or 'M' to get mouse Coordinates;
Use 'f' of 'F' to freeze the image;
