Disabled OpenGL modes, it's useless on BeOS in software OpenGL anyway.
Fixed the bug on Dano where using the cursor keys and e.g numlock or shift key enabled would cause SDL to crash. This bug is Dano specific and not an SDL bug or a ZSNES bug. The bug occurs when numlock is enabled for example, the reported key in a B_UNMAPPED_KEY_DOWN/B_UNMAPPED_KEY_UP message has the wrong value, any cursor key has the value of 0x800000aa which does not match R5, also no error is returned by Dano to say that it's invalid.
