Small fixes, and added the proper extentions for the files. ie now the have the extentions nlBE and frBE witch stands for Dutch and French Belgium Files. Now the file has an Installer package to, so to make it easy just grab the Installer Package (BelgianLocale.pkg)
I added another file for the allready translated files that are not included in the sysaps folder ... you can find translations of Beam, Vision, pe, im_kit stuff and many more. They are all done in Dutch but I could help on someone helping me out with some french ones too. ;)

Met deze update van de locale files kan je nu onze eigen vlag op het preferences paneel zien waaien. En Zeta gebruiken in ons eigen nederlands of frans.
With this update you will see our own flag on the preferences pannel. And use Zeta in our own Dutch or French.
