The fake cross cursor is now on by default ("vncserver ShowCheapCursor=1") and it has been changed to a larger and more colourful shape for better visibility when using an iPad VNC client. PPC is still the old 1.18 version.

A few minor changes - log output now all goes to standard output in the x86 version (for compatibility with GUI shell programs), shutdown code fixed up to be as good as the PPC version, deskbar icon tab gone (use ProcessController to see if it is running and to make it quit cleanly, control-C also works). PPC version unchanged.

Added a few requested features - BScreen reader technique to support more video cards, text clipboard transfer back and forth, optional mouse cursor graphic for clients that don't show the mouse, use standard settings directory for configuration files, optionally turn off selected screen reading techniques.
In other words, all that's left to do is the PowerPC version!

A nice stable version, just missing a BScreen based screen scanner for better video card compatiblity (though at slow speed) and Clipboard transfer between client and server.
