Initial public version.
The R5 binary is missing the add-ons for SoundPlay and MDR due to compiling problems (and mostly the fact that I don't have R5 installed and time to mess with compiling various libs), but some hints about how to compile them are included. If you manage to compile them, it'd be great if you could send over the binaries so I can update the zip with them.
