- Added "New Team" dialog which allows to launch
new teams. It remembers the last seven filenames
and supports drag'n'drop from the tracker.
- Double click on entry in team view activates team.

- Added warning dialog if user tries to kill a team.
These dialogs can be disabled through a checkbox in
the warning alert. If the user disables the warning
for normal teams it's still displayed for system teams.
