Added a bigger size ruler, now you can resize pictures up to 1920 pixels, this anables you to even encrease some pictures. This should give you room enough to play with the size.
Added a 'Cancel' button if you choose not to go ahead with the creation of the thumbnail.
Added swedish language file.

Initial version, due to the limits of 'Thumber' the GUI only supports JPEG so far. This will work only on ZETA 1.2 as this is created and checked with the yab version that is installed by default in ZETA 1.2.
