Added 'History scrolls with shift' feature Hopefully, fixed text output bug
'History with shift' allows the user to move the cursor around the text input panel with the cursor keys, and control the input history with SHIFT-Cursor Up/Down.
Hopefully this version fixes the bug where old chunks of the mud output are randomly (and rarely) appended to the mud output panel.

Cut and Paste now work. Passwords not displayed.
As before, this has only been tested with DGD and MudOS drivers.
Passwords are not displayed when input, and not recorded in the input
history. This relys on your mud server telling the client which text is a
password.
Cut and Paste works, drag and drop is still functional.
Player input text is coloured when echoed to the mud output panel.
