The main difference between this and the original release is that some command-line options have been added. By default it no longer opens a 'floating' window, which proved to be a real nuisance, though this is still an option.
The other options control the placing and title of the 'drop window', and whether it should output extensive binary data in its entirety.
The original release included 'RubyTube' to play YouTube videos through vlc, but this stopped working when YouTube changed their page code, so it is no longer in this package. A version that handles the current YouTube is now available under its own heading on BeBits.
Simple demo Ruby and Python scripts have been added to the package.
