News:
Some surely, but it's mainly a maintenance update. I changed several things while working on the NewFS patch for OT. The readme is not uptodate, but MAKE SURE YOU READ IT! The most important is to remember that passed reference parameters are copied and pointers are not (the pointers are copied themselves). And don't pass params by value because that means three copy ctor calls, use references if you need to duplicate a param for the function that is to be started in a different thread...

The FunctionObject template syntax is much simpler now, and there's a new DebugStream class included. With this class you can write debug log for each thread just like you would to cerr. cdebug << "This simple" << endl; With a main window you can manage the logs.
Currently gcc 2.9 dies with one of the templates I use thus the plain C version of the FunctionObjectTemplate does not work. Soon to be repaired.

New AThreadPool class provides a complete thread pool with a lot of features.
You can set the min/max number of threads and the timeout after the
idle threads should exit.

There's a long article included plus example for FunctionObjects
FunctionObject's functionality was extended. Now you can boundle a member function into a FunctionObject and call this function for several objects.
