Added "dictionary" and "run with perl" extensions, and also changed "ppe env" and "goto url". (thanks to Paul Martin for the changes!)
The "dictionary" does not cover every circumstance, but it's good enough to release for now. (it's actually a thesaurus, too.) I haven't tested the "run with perl" extension much.
