Fixed bare LF (rfc822bis)
- BeSend was using bare LF in its messages which is not rfc822 compliant
and occured problems with some mail transport agents like qmail.
It's now fixed (many thanks to mikeman).

New features and minor corrections
- Added size limit for besend's window
- Status bar and message field now resize well on window's resize
- The coords of BeSend's window are now saved when closing it.
- Added "Send To" menu field which picks possible recipient from people directory
