SplitPane View is a view like the ones found in Mail/News readers or file managers along with many other applications
This lovely little creature has lots of stuff that you would expect. It is one source for both Horizontal and Vertical. It has a verry extencive set of methods to manipulate it. It has a full BeBook style documentation that hooks to BeIDE wonderfully. If you play around with it you will see it has many function.

There are many more methods for you to play with. Along wiht a GetState and SetState method I think you will find this verry complet.
