December 23, 1999:
It's about time for an update! As you all know, we're working hard on the new version of BeBits. We're shooting for a mid-January release date. With luck the e-commerce functions should be finished shortly after that.
Our GeekTek server is awaiting the arrival of a tape drive. As soon as we get that installed we'll be ready to ship that off and move everything over. That might happen sometime between Christmas and New Years assuming everything goes as planned. Otherwise it'll have to wait for Y2K.
Also, some of you may have noticed that we are running an advertising deal for Be small business and commercial developers of 30% off for 40,000 or more impressions. If you are interested in that don't hesitate to e-mail us. If you are looking for advertising but can't spend that kind of cash, drop us a line and we'll see if we can set something up.
