I actually no longer possess either binaries or source code for this app. If anyone has them, please contact me, otherwise I'll delist the app in the near future.

I've sent a message to the developer, but as you put in your moderator request "you can't download the .exe". This isn't a Windows application in the first place, its a BeOS application. I hope you know that.
