Howdy, the HPT370 works fine here even with RAID enabled(!) on my Abit VP6 upstairs (many many confoosers around here).

Just need the wonderfull IDE Replacement Drivers from Thomas.

Now, just because I got it to work, doesn't mean you will. I helped test out the drivers for it and I may have files not everyone else has to support HPT370...

Why don't you go and check on some XP-site, or the board manufacturer's homepage?
This is a site for BeOS software.

Resolve Highpoint HPT366 Untra DMA Cont before XP install

When trying to install XP on my son's computer (it currently runs W98) XP says that Highpoint HPT366 Ultra DMA controller must be resolved before XP can be installed. Is there an XP compatible driver for this DMA controller? If so where can I get it? If not what can I do in order to install XP?

Is any HPT370 support one day?

I'm sure that like most of these cool freeware programmers, you are really busy and, of course, you are surely already working hard on the HPT366 driver (debugging and other cool things...), but I would appreciate a lot if one day a HTP370 driver would bring out, since I've one such controller on my ABIt motherboard. Then I could say "Yeah now I can plug 4 more IDE devices!" too. I hope I will one day.
Anyway, we all BeOS users are doomed now, so...

AT LEAST
