I am using BackOnTrack for a long time now. It is just a very VERY good program every BeOS user should have running (especially the developers).

This little app is a big-time life saver. I'm constantly experimenting with things on my BeOS system, and even in normal use the Tracker and Deskbar sometimes screw up. On more than one occasion, BackOnTrack has saved me the annoyance of rebooting to restore these core parts of the system.
I could babble on and on giving examples of how useful this program has been, but suffice it to say that if you use BeOS, you *need* BackOnTrack. Download it, install it, and forget about it. Then you can rest easy, knowing your system has been made a bit more stable. ;-)

Hello,
Your soft is wonderful, but I have a little problem :
I have BeOS-5 and the Tracker always crashes when I want to make a link of an application on the Desktop. When it happens, BackOnTrack save me and I can relaunch the Tracker but : on the desktop the Trash is no more present and also the shortcut of applications wich was present on the Desktop ! I am new with BeOS. Can you help me. Cheer for your soft !!
