2.60 FINAl was posted on error (caused by Net+ refresh bug and typo when I updated Lamenc page), so it does not count. Final means that every version will be the last one I make, unless I find a bug in it or some user wants to have some new features.
If neither of these conditions are met then there will be no new versions. Therefore it is final.
