It doesn't do any USB models, only Serial ones. Last time I checked at least. Bug Omicronsoft for it, they're actually still with BeOS unlike most

Without this, I can't possibly justify the price...

| Well, if you only need to track 30 contacts, there's the lite version ;-) |

The light version limits contacts and events and another thing to 30 items, has no Palm synchronization and lacks a few other things. It was the light version that I fooled around with for a while. I think my not buying the full version was because of the same reason you two just said: more than I need. I also had a few UI gripes (not serious ones, but still). Though I am possibly going to reconsider... I've been doing a lot of talk about supporting BeOS developers, and I do like that this software synchronizes with my Palm... I will have to look into it some more.

Ya this is nice... I have always wanted to buy it but it does seem like massive over kill... not that thats a bad thing having all those features but just a simple date/calendar at a lowered price woudl be cool with the deskbar replicant of the full thing would be best for the average user.

I agree that it looks pretty nice, but it seemed like overkill (price and power-wise) for my needs. Maybe for a busy business-person or SOHO.
BePlan has been useful to me, though.

I've been wondering who uses Personal Assistant. I use a Palm for my personal info management. Well, that and People files. But I tried out the free version of Personal Assistant and I think it's a great app for those who need it.
