Normally compiled app contains names of internals (functions, variables) in human-redable form, same as in app source, inspite those aren't in use by program logic. Mostly for debuggin purpose.
This apps removes such text lines, reducing binary size.
It don't add speed at real program workflow, but reduces time which is required to read app binary from disk somewhat.
