Pan Zharski, you can put those packages on beos.1gb.ru - and have additional d/l links:)
Also will be helpful for ex-USSR BeOS community, which still prefer to read about soft in native language

Indeed - I finnaly got the RAR but the Bzip still wont come... it's also the larger of the two so more likly to die over time :(

I can't dl these. I have flushed my browser chache among many other tricks. The dl slows down to like 300 BYTES then dies thinking its done. The server is just too slow to hold a connection to the finnish.

You might have corrupt files in your browser's cache. Clear the cache & also run chkbfs. Hopefully the demons will vanish. :-)

Still download problem persists. I get 149k and it stops. I am only using Net+ on BeOS R5.0.3, so I see no reason why the problem would be my downloading. Any ideas?

I DL'd the package earlier today and it worked fine. Sometimes this problem is due to corruption, but in this case it sounds like lost packets. Probably worth testing your route to see if/where things are getting lost. Trying multiple times will usually bring a good result unless the problem is at your ISP or the site's ISP.

The downloads on the site work partially and then abort themselves. Any ideas why this is happening?
