I found that if you click on "Homepage", he has a link directly to the file. Much easier than other suggestions.

After a very frustrating 20 minutes, I finally got it. Neither of the suggestions posted here worked for me. You have to go to the browser's URL field and back up until you have just the humungus99.tripod.com/ and then enter index.html and that will get you to his main page. From there you can follow the link. At one point I got a Tripod page that says "Tripod does not allow the automatic listing of subdirectories" or something like that. It asked me if I was lost!
On the other hand, what a cool theme...

When there are links to zip or pkg files and the server gives an error, I simply press the reload button in Net+.
Works most of the time, maybe depending on the provider. Maybe the server sees the automatically opened error page as the referring page (which is on the same server, of course) and thus opens the file, I don't know. But it works :-)

Make a simple html page with a <META refresh> header that points to the real file, and use it as download link, to fool the Tripod servers. Though I didn't try that.

Like some other ISPs, Tripod, just for the sake of having people see their ugly popup ads, forbids downloading of files when the referer isn't a site from them. Not only are they not respecting RFCs or Netiquette, but they are just being counterproductive IMO, I'd never get hosted there myself.
