patched the patch for 82801CAM as found in IBM ThinkPad A31

I took the patch, and modified the install.sh script. I replaced the pair of numbers "49 24" by "31 10", since the PCI ID of the 82801CAM is 1031 (as opposed to 2449) in the chip the original patch is made for. I applied the patch... and lo and behold, I can now see my network card in preferences--network, and can see other machines
