What often happens is that the dev. has lost his password for BeBits. Judging from the fact that he still has a screenshot online and mentions Granulese in his C.V., he's still proud of it, meaning there's a good chance he'll send you his app if you ask him politely by email.
(In that case I hope you'll add a mirror on the Granulèse page)

One of the many apps lost in cyberspace.
It's infuriating that Bebits wouldn't host these. I mean, how many BeOS apps can there be, anyway? A couple hundred tops. If each binary was 10 MB (exaggerating here), the space required would still be below 5 GB.
But I suspect they would all fit in 1 GB.
