Unfortunately that is not right - I am sure it must have the title Desktop. Could you check Window 1 and Window "/boot/home/Desktop/" please?
If these don't work then I will have to get in touch with the Zeta people because I don't know what changes have been made.

I know that the replicants are stored there, but the program is supposed to allow you to delete any of them rather than all of them.
Would you mind checking some more things with hey please?
can you tell me what you see when you type
> hey Tracker get Title of Window 0
if that doesn't print out something straight away then press Control-C and try with Window 1, Window 2, etc. until you some text with the word "Desktop" inside.
If you find it can you tell me the text and also check that it works by running
> hey Tracker get View "PoseView" of Window "name that was returned by previous command"

I know than Desktop's replicants are stored on /boot/home/config/settings/Tracker/tracker_shelf, removing it and rebooting will remove them.

There is a /boot/home/Desktop/ folder on Zeta.

Not good. Do you know where the Desktop folder is? On BeOS 5 it is "/boot/home/Desktop" but I don't know about Zeta.
Another thing you (or anyone else) could try, is to use the "hey" program here on bebits to find out some information about the Zeta version of Tracker.
i.e.
> hey Tracker get View "PoseView" of Window "/boot/home/Desktop"
if this works then the problem is something else, but if it doesn't work then I need to find out where the replicants are stored in Zeta.
