As I don't have the time right now to update the port, I've made a precompiled package of version 5.0.4 available (I added another download option).

I downloaded the latest stable source archive from the homepage but it doesn't compile.
I get an error about an undeclared variable. (Sorry, I can't check for the exact message right now, as I'm on another computer.)
My question is, did anybody successfully compile this? I'd be glad if someone could give me hints on how to get it to compile, or maybe someone would even send me the compiled program?
