I have downloaded and installed php and it is working in the termainal only with poor man It wont work. How to configure apache or xitami that it will be working on my bone system?

I've used Xitami now for over a year. With BeOS BONE, Xitami is rock solid, fast, and has shown to be very effective for my multiple domain hosting. Xitami has many configurations and tweaks to play around with. With throttle piping, default html assigning, user accounts, and more. Plus the simplicity to setup it up is remarkable.

i've had a few snares with the web-based admin function (i invariably have to restart from terminal) and some cgi issues, but this is a solid, fast http server. the built-in multiuser ftp server is a nice touch, but it barfs when confronted with passive ftp clients and you have to restart the server. as nice as multiuser ftp is, you're better off with beos ftpd.
this is easily configured and quite flexible. i'd take it over robin hood.
