This is a great app! It's VERY easy and efficient to use. It does more that just resize too. It's nice to not have to fire up a huge image editor just to rotate some pictures from a digital camera.

This little app defines the term "easy to use". I had used the default BeOs media player to capture .jpg images from DV footage but could not find any way of creating them smaller than 720x480 (~250kB) - far too damn big. Initially used a windblows app to resize - each needing many many menu drags & clicks.
The awsome resizer really is awsome - keeps button presses & clicks to an absolute minimum using drag & drop, in and out, and completed 50 or so resizes in a couple of minutes. A joy to use !
