Very easy to set up and use. Well done!
I was recently looking for this kind of thing for ogg containers, but it seems there's no set standard yet. The way you've got it set up, though, it'll be easy to take all the text files and auto-insert them into the oggs if one wanted too once the standard is published.
I had found an English site earlier on the lyric file format (as you requested), but the second time I looked I couldn't find it. :( I'll let you know if I come across it again.

I was adding time tags manualy then said to my self, "self" SHINTA probably figured out a better way with his editor.
