I've submitted hermes2 to Bernd from time to time and he is free to test it with Zeta and test Zeta with it.
But there is no negotiation about the final release.

in Zeta B3, there is an application called Hermes2. Now I wouldn't put it past Bernd to put an app in without asking. Clearly he either didn't ask or took it out, I haven't seen any beta's since B3

As you can see, hermes2 is a public beta and not in release state yet.
