I have to say, when i first got this from James, I figured He & I were the only people interested in using this app. There was some talk on BeGroovy about geek projects such as this, and possibly new geek lights etc, But no one else showed any interest in Jame's little app.

I am now glad I have made this availiable to the masses (thanks to James & Thomas).
The number of downloads is small, but there obviously was interest for something like this :)

multiple row displays

I'm not sure I understand the question??

As far as I know, this will only use 2 lines of a display. 1st line showing 0,%cpu,100. The 2nd line that actually shows the meter.

I guess you could alsways hack more features into it if you liked.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

SWEET!

This is awesome! Great work.

Is there support for multiple row displays? Dual or quad?

Hi guys,

It's good to see others getting some use out of my code. That's a first for me! :) Thanks for working on it and posting it on BeBits. By the way, if you want to give me some credit, it might be nicer to use my full name, James Matson. Also, the LCD display I used was spelt CrystalFonts (www.crystalfontz.com). I only tested it with at 16x2 serial LCD display, but the code was written to support other sizes, so it should work with their other serial displays.

Thanks again guys,

James

Please feel free to improve this app.
I do ask that you give credit to JB Matson & Thomas Krammer though.

Thanks, and enjoy.
