Yes you are right. for the next version I'm preparing a Preference App to control if such window should appear, how many seconds and even to abort the process of relaunching the app, using such window.
Exams are comming and I wanted to update the app ;-)

The alert window should be there by default. But it is also nice to allow advanced users to disable the alerts if they wish to. I personally would want to know what is happening when it happens, though :-)

Sometimes alert window is very useful, but somtimes it's a bit annoying, so it will be nice if user could disable alert window. will you enhance your app? will you use BackOnTracke sources? thanks for reply.

I have seen the app,
Vey very similar, even I can say that mine is a vulgar copy. But I didn't know that this existed. it has a good idea to be included
I expected mine in future version to relaunch any application. And will be more efficint.
But a quiestion:
do you like this alert window?
or prefer to be relauched without asking?

There is another one similar app [BackOnTrack], which could monitor Deskbar too, it would be very nice if you update BackOnTrack to add support of monitoring every app specified in some text file.
Dunno if BackOnTracker 1.2 have sources included, but 1.0 sure had, so you could find 1.0 on BeShare.

... what about SystemAngel? That does exactly that, but with almost all the system servers, and even asks if you wanna relaunch the crashed server/app or what.

Ever hear of a loop? Just run a loop of Tracker in the bootscript.. and your done...
