But I couldnt find a program to do it.
My search lead me to Beam, which, although it doesnt have perfect integration with MDR, is nearly there, and it let me set my 3000 mail messages to read :)

I sort of suspected that it would recurse directories but instead it locked up the directory from the Tracker point of view and I had to restart Tracker to fix it.

Thanks for coding this Larry Cow. Although something like this exists in the BeOS Sample-Code ( /boot/optional/sample-code/add-ons/MailMarker ), This is a much more user friendly implementation.
