Maybe he'd give the source to BeUnited.org so someone can take care of it, and clean it up, without releasing it as opensource :)

I managed to contact Laurent about the application, but he didn't seem to like the idea of releasing the source code since he was under the impression that it was too messy. On the other hand, he DID tell me the master key and tell me that I could post it here so I suppose you could now consider this application FREEWARE! Thanks Laurant!

I've tried LOTS of launcher applications, and this one is my favorite by far... It has lots of options and is easy to use.
Unfortuantly it has not been updated in ages, but that doesn't matter as I have not found any bugs at all.
It IS shareware, but not crippleware. After a month, it asks you to register it. But, there isn't a way to register it anymore. I've e-mailed the developer at the three e-mail addresses I've been able to find to beg him to release it to the OpenBeOS community.

Anyone know if it is still possible to register DeposIt? My evaluation period is coming to an end and Kagi do not sell it anymore? Also, the author's email is no longer working........
