That beautiful lady on the photo is the famous russian TV-star Olga Romanova (Îëüãà Ðîìàíîâà). I love her very much, so I wanted everyone to know that I really love her. And text written in Russian can be translated into English as "Devoted to Olga Romanova, TV-star that I love very much".

4.5mb could have been 1.75mb. Though why you want to use .pkg format at all is beyond me.
