nothing wrong with the design but on the dark desktop wallpaper it kind of ugly with jagged edges...
but the program rules...:o)

A very good replacement for pioneer.
As for having a thumbnail view, for now, I would suggest looking at InDepth. The home page for it seems to be gone, but there is an archive of the app here on bebits.
It may give you some Ideas that you could bring over to Seeker.

Very surprised to see this, nice and snappy and seems safe enough. A bunch of tree view graphics programs were done yonks ago & most were slow, buggy & wierd features.
I would like to see drag & drop between dif Seeker windows & or Tracker & or other apps if thats possible etc...
A Tracker addon to launch from a Tracker selected folder..
A graphics version could go the way of Windows ThumbsPlus one of the few programs keeping me rebooting to MS. So if all graphics already have a thumbview, could the view window scale those arbitrarily so I can actually see them (middle wheel) or may have to regen a bigger thumb nail database. ThumbsPlus is very fast cause it build a database and changes it to follow files coming & going.
This works well with something like PXC to view, hell I might just restart my own ThumbsPlus wannabee using this as a base and the Be example viewer.
In an entirely different direction, how about opening a read view of nested zips etc, but that could get pretty messy.

Until single-pane browsing in OT, I always preferred Pioneer.
Unfortunately, the original author was discouraged somewhat from the disparaging comments made about his app by the old-timers on the beusertalk mailing list.
They seemed to feel it was redundant and unnecessary compared to Tracker. They lambasted it's shortcomings, ignoring the fact the author was just starting out to develop for BeOS.

I found Pioneer once while browsing an old mirror... always regreted it wasn't opensource so it could be taken care of :)
Btw... doesn't the Santa Gift Bag licence conflict with GPL ??? At least you should tell the GPL doesn't apply to the sgb folder :)
