The problem on vanilla R5 system was observed because of lack of "fchown" system call. BONE update fixes this. Anyway version 1.0.5 contains quick fix implementation for fchown compatible with R5.

Hi,
I'm sorry to report it doesn't work over here either. Since the 1.0.3 download link is dead (login required!) I'm stuck right now :-/
I got a 'new' old system here on which I am trying to run a Haiku image but nogo I guess..
Would be nice if someone could fix this or tell me what to do to get a working bz2 extractor add-on.

I also couldn't get this to work on R5. However, 1.0.3 (available from SourceForge) seems to work fine.
