I'm not using libpng directly, I only link against the translation kit. Sounds like you're not using the standard Be PNG translator. The one you have must have been built wrong. I don't get any warning messages when using the translator that came with R5.

I have tested your application, and this return some errors messages :
Subtracting dark frame from 0 images with dimensions 896x592
Saving result to test
libpng warning: Application was compiled with png.h from libpng-1.0.12
libpng warning: Application is running with png.c from libpng-1.2.1
libpng error: Incompatible libpng version in application and library
I have a recent library on my system, and you have perhaps compiled your soft with a later library.
Can you verifed my idea ? thanks.
