It is not (always) necessary to prefix URLs with the protocol. You just have to enable detection of them in the page setup window -> advanced settings -> links.

ANd I'm not even talking about the first (even if partial) Wonderbrush screenshot, the first time I saw one was a distorted cam capture made at BeGeistert #10!
Oh, BTW, it's great to see PDF Writer driver in wide usage ;-)
But, please, next time start any URL with the protocol prefix (http://..., mailto:...), the driver will have detect them automagilcy, and made them all clickable :-p
