because there seems to be still a demand for it, otherwise it would have been hidden until the major issues would have been fixed.
Now there is an explicit warning that it is alpha quality software, so people are warned before the try it.

for what ever reason either a bebits admin or the app dev has 'made this app invisible' they will have to be contactd and maybe a reason will be given why to get it back on...

Where did FTP-FS go? I was coming up to get it since I am needing it for my Zeta 1.2 install and can't locate it anywhere. And this appears to be the only reference when you do a search on BeBits. Also gone, the link that everyone references www.bebits.com/app/3511/
