umm, This check HTTP's "Last-Modified" field. so I named this. what is better name you think? (and I am NOT native English speaker, so I had think this is simple...)

This is for Net+. Mozilla has own check routine.
Check "Bookmark Manager" in Mozilla.
select a bookmark in it, and right click,
select "properties".
