Hi edmundf,
I'm sorry to confuse you. I'll keep dvg-for-pv1 for PV1 only, and keep dvg as separated application. Currently, I have no plan to update dvg. If Zeta is relased, I'll touch dvg, maybe.

Sorry I don't have this PV1 board, I didn't read.
If my memory serves me well, the "old" version worked with my
firewire card, so I just downloaded it and tried.
Any change there will be a version that works with any card?

Hi edmundf,
Do you have a PV1? As I mentioned in the description of dvg-for-pv1, a PV1 is required to run dvg-for-pv1. I should show an error message in 1.0.
If you have a PV1, please contact me via e-mail.

Love to see this apps working and able to capture a full DV tape at once. ( more then 4 gig )
But nothing happens when I try to run it, the very first version from some years ago did work. ( a bit )

Hello,
Thank you very much for your suggestions. As far as version 1.0, I'd like to keep it as simple as possible. So I don't want add a built-in scheduler function.
But it might be possible to add simple scripting feature. What kind of command do you need? Are you familiar with 'hey'?

This card is only available in Japan and only in NTSC-J.
Shigeru, this looks great! Can it be configured to record/capture at a certain time of the day (like programming a VCR)? Or can it take command line parameters so that a launcher application could start it up at a certain time and tell it with S-Video port to capture from?
