Hello all,
thanks for your offer to help us Cale. I will remember
you, when we are ready, for sure.
I was suprised by the multiple responses. Unfortunately
we get nearly no articles from english speaking people.
But that's another problem.
We want, however, an english issue because it is important
for the spanish, polnish, french etc. translations.
But we do have to make a german version first for our
german readers. A lot of them understand english well.
But only few would read an english magazin from cover
to cover and prefer a magazin written in german.
I'm however suprised, how many people read our german
version, that are not able to speak or write german
but can understand german better than me english. :)
so, memson, more people are propably readin' our german
issue thank you think.
But, the idea to make first an english issue and than tranlate it to english is nice. However, most / all of
our articles are from german in german, as mentioned
bevor. And i see no way to make them write english
articles. So, we will keep it the way, german issue, and, if possible, an english, but if we have no time,
we just don't translate it.
We will, however, keep the topic in mind and try. :)
thanks for your response.

I would be more than happy to help with proof reading. Not only do I enjoy your magazine, but then I can help others to enjoy it too.
Email me if you still need someone. I can make time for it after 9 or 10 pm CDT US most days, earlier some, and will get it back to you ASAP.
I've used it before to help show why I enjoyed using BeOS and there are a couple more people dabbling with the OS now.

Unfortunately, pretty much the international language of computing is English. Sad but true. With no English translation, there's little chance that anyone outside of German speaking Europ is reading this magazine. Whether or not that's a large readership is debatable, but I think that the German readers could also, mostly, read an English publication.
It would be nice to see this in English first and then translated to other languages as required. I honestly believe this would widen the readership more than German only publication.
No offence meant to any German reader by the way.

Hi all,
thanks for the multiple feedback. We thought there is
only little interest in the english Version.
If there are three more persons that ask, i will consider
makin' another translation. But somebody would need to prove read.
ciao
