This is odd. I run my games in full screen mode with mouse enabled for games like Marble Madness, but when I do this, there is always a mouse moving around in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
If I go into Window mode then the mouse clicks on the desktop when I use it.
If I go back into Full Screen mode, the mouse sometimes goes away after this, but the second time I load a game in full screen mode, the mouse is back.
Also after a while with my Serial Track ball UP goes down and down goes up, this usually takes a while to happen, but it always does.
Upon reset of Mame, it goes back to normal for a while.
Mouse does not do this. And trackball does not behave like this in other OS's with mame.

Create a directory named samples in the bemame directory and then put your samples in this directory.

i'm trying to play Galaga. it uses a sound sample for the ship explosion. where do sound files go? or are they not supported in this port? i've got them working fine in MacMAME 0.87 for OS X...
aside from this, the 0.80 version for BeOS works great.
