There's something wrong with drawing. The text on the buttons doesn't appear correctly. I could send a screenshot if required...

I corrected the spelling from the OBOS web site. :) I was just being silly/adding to the "hero" aura of the main OBOS devs.
I've got some of Simon's features done, but I'll wait until there are a couple more done before posting the new version (hopefully this week nonetheless.)

That would be Philippe Houdoin, the not so mysterious OBOS developer ;-)

Thanks for trying it out. I'm glad you already find it useful!
I'll look into all of those. You're the second person to say I should extend the tabs... I'll hit that first, since it'd just be undoing code that I put in earlier as a workaround to something that a mysterious "phouidon" helped me solve. ;)

Fantastically useful idea. I never bother adding shortcuts to the Applications Menu, because the list gets long far too quickly. With this, launching apps is much easier. It certainly beats cluttering the desktop with shortcuts to programs.
I'm off to go and add links to all my apps in the menu.
Strangly, SpicyKeys didn't work when just set to launch it - BeFull crashed. I wrote a script to cd to the BeFull directory, and then launch it. When SpicyKeys was set to launch that, it worked fine.
Sometimes the random colours look a bit odd - and some icons don't work well on the black background. How about extending the color box with the name and drawing the icon over that? Also, occasionally it has not loaded an app after it had been clicked on. Restarting and clicking the same app again worked. Finally, if esc could be used to close it, that would be great.
Even as it is now, it's really useful. Thanks.
Simon

That's a good idea about SpicyKeys... less work for me, too. :)
I'm not sure what you meant exactly by the second part, though. Could you explain?
I _was_ planning on having variable size entries, though, possibly even having their sizes based on the frequency of their usage if the user so wanted... but that'll come later.

I would recommend just letting users use SpicyKeys to assign thier launch method.
You might also want to consider that boxes on the edges are easier to get to with the mouse, so can therefore be smaller than the ones on the edges.
