That is a harmless error - di fails to do low-level checks of the respective drive; the only bad thing is that the Removable-flag isn't 100% percent reliable for that volume.
I don't know why this error happens - never had this on my R5 system. Are you running Dano/Zeta?
The next di release will print the error codes which the OS reports, so that the reasons for such errors can be determined.
